Pour into warm bath whilst the water is running and soak for 10-15 minutes allowing time to absorb the skin softening complex. Use 2 to 3 times a week. For progressive improvement in skin texture and condition follow with AMELIORATE Transforming Body Lotion.

This is my favourite Ameliorate product. I have dry, tight, bumpy skin, primarily on my arms and legs. Having a soak in the bath with a couple of caps of the bath milk in, leaves my skin so comfortable and soft. I love it. Although the cream works brilliantly, the smell lasts on me until you wash it off, and I really don't like the smell. However the bath milk doesn't leave that lasting smell which is a big plus for me. I have a milk bath twice a week with showers in between, and the feel and appearance of my skin is definitely improving.

When I first used this I was staggered at how much dead skin was just soaked off me. Very embarrassing but totally brilliant. I use this once a week it's too expensive to use more often but to be fair it's worked perfectly so I don't think it matters. I just make sure I have a good 15 mins soak. Now my skin is like marble it's so smooth. I'm thrilled with this brand, I can't tell you. I'm in my 60s with the skin of a 20 year old. I also use the body lotion on my arms along with the exfoliant because I suffer with Keratosis Pilaris on my arms......not that I knew that's what it was called, I thought I just had old ladies arms. Lol. Not any more.

I purchased this for my daughter who was really suffering with dry itchy flakey inflamed lumpy bumpy skin I felt so sorry for her as she was unable to wear all the strapless tops etc that the young wear as she had to cover up her skin that she found embarrassing. I've brought her numerous lotions and washes to use and nothing seems to help... until now!!! The change in her skin is wonderful, she has only been using the products for a couple of weeks and the difference already is immense. I had a bad patch of eczema on my arm, after using this and soaking in the water for 15 minutes the next day it had significantly improved...I used the bath milk a second time a few days later and now the patch of eczema has pretty much completely healed. The milk is incredibly soothing, fragrance free and nourishing to the whole body but particularly if you have very dry skin. I will definitely keep buying this!
